1. Digital Products & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (instant download access), all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a download link has been sent or accessed.
- Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
- If you have technical issues accessing a file, please contact support immediately, and we will assist you.
2. Delivery of Goods
Downloads are delivered automatically via email immediately after payment confirmation by Paystack. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email within 5 minutes.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Here is how we handle your data:
- Collection: We collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of delivering your purchased files.
- Processing: Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store or see your credit card or mobile money details.
- Usage: We do not sell or share your email with third parties. We may occasionally send updates regarding your purchased products or ministry news, which you can opt out of at any time.

All digital products (E-books, Templates, Guides) sold on Inspired eHub are for Personal Use Only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others.
- You may not claim the intellectual property as your own.
